Simulated Game
Simulated Game Shooting replicates every aspect of game shooting and is an excellent form of Corporate Hospitality or perfect for a party of friends to get together and have some fun. It also offers an ideal introduction to newcomers to game shooting. Simulated days are suitable for more experienced shots. However less experienced shots and novices can be accommodated when accompanied by an instructor. The day is organized in the same way as a traditional game shoot with the added enjoyment of shooting during the summer months in some beautiful countryside.A perfect activity for a day out with friends and family, party celebrations, corporate events or out-of-season practice for keen the sportsman.
The day is run like a traditional game day, with quality targets for all abilities and plenty to test even the most experienced guns
We run each of the drives twice so one guest will shoot and the other will load, then you switch. This ensures that everyone is always involved throughout the day! Each Gun can expect to shoot about 350 – 450 cartridges a day, many more if you are keen on poaching!
Our topography boasts some of the most realistic high pheasant and partridge you will find.
We can accommodate weekdays, corporate days and if you have a specific date please give us a call
We are fully authorised by Police Scotland for the provision of “mobile” clay target events
EXAMPLE ITINERARY
Meet at 9.30 am for Tea / Coffee
The introduction to your team and all-important safety briefing.
We then move off in convoy in your vehicles to enjoy exciting drives of clays simulating game.
Break for Lunch
Followed by two more drives.
(Some groups prefer to shoot all day and have the meal at the end of the day)
We guarantee smoking barrels!
Cartridges can be purchased on the day (fibre wad only)

*Please note, shotguns can only be supplied if accompanied by one of our instructors unless a valid shotgun certificate is availabe for inspection prior to and again on the day

Simulated Days
A Simulated Game Day provides the fun of a game day out of season and all year round. These days are rapidly growing in popularity as they offer all the fun and excitement of a game day with less expense and can offer great experience for novice shots. They also run out of season, which enables shooters to enjoy fantastic sport during the summer and keep their eye in for the upcoming shooting season.
Using clays to replicate pheasant, partridge, grouse, and pigeon and the contours and topography of the land to create testing targets, guests are given a challenging and exciting day. Be prepared to fire a lot of cartridges in quick succession and there will be no “poor pegs”. This day enables each gun to shoot well in excess of 300 shots if they wish all for a fraction of the cost of an equivalent game day.
For groups of 8 to 20, we replicate the atmosphere of the real-thing as closely as possible – from drawing the pegs until the end of the day. A full day will entail 5 drives and a half day 3 drives
We offer a range of different simulated game days and half days to test your shooting skills – this really is the nearest you will come to shooting game.
As we are Registered Firearms Dealers and hold a Scotland wide section 11/6 we can supply guns / loaders as well but with this we require a minder with every gun.
We offer a highly professional and courteous loading and instruction for those shooters, the loader has the ability to offer constructive advice.
We are also fully mobile with this machine so we can bring this experience to you at a fraction of the cost of a full driven day. No shooting experience is necessary as our instructors will show you how to handle the gun and take you through the important safety procedures of the day. We have a team of instructors with extensive knowledge and experience with clay pigeon shooting and game shooting.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners to seasoned pros and from teenagers to grandparents you will find that it’s a great opportunity to enjoy a fantastic day with friends or colleagues....
